I am a female who weighed 276 in the first picture. I lived an uncomfortable lifestyle. Had trouble breathing and giving my best athletic performance on the softball field. Now I workout vigorously and have a healthy addiction to cardio. I weigh 169 in the second photo and have completely transformed my body. I am still working on gaining more muscle and definition. I am dedicated to body building and staying in shape. I did it all through clean eating and exercise. No synthetic protein, all organic, lean meats, fruits, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites, nuts, oatmeal. And hard work. You guys can do it!

I have a new girl-crush.

I can now do 25 push ups. Trust me, that means something!!

My grandmother is a hoarder and its raining outside. But you know what? I ran in place and did jumps and jumping jack exercises while watching a movie. I can’t complain about the space and the rain outside in order to cop out from exercising.

And you know what? I feel great!
